Refund Policy

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 24 hours prior to the event.  Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a service fee. Alternately, you may utilize the registration fees paid to ASIS International San Antonio Texas chapter for a future event.
