Agenda: Fisher House Operations

Doug Dickson, Fisher House Manager for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, will share insights about the incredible impact their nonprofit has on the lives of veterans and their families. Specifically, he will highlight how Fisher House provides free lodging to families of veterans receiving treatment at VA medical centers, offering them a comforting home away from home during challenging times. In addition to showcasing the difference they make, Doug will also discuss ways our chapter members can get involved, including future volunteering opportunities to deepen our engagement with their mission. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about one of the causes we stand behind and to explore how we can make an even greater impact.

Location: CPS Energy HQ, please use the free parking on the surface lot in front of the building
